Softball Recap: Western Reserve Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Western Reserve's offense. They came up short against the Crestview Cougars on Wednesday, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-1 last Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Western Reserve and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Crestview, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Western Reserve has already played their next match (against Vermilion), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Crestview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 14-1 win against Margaretta on the 12th.
