They took a 10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Black Bears. Zanesville's defeat continues an unfortunate trend for the squad, making it five in a row.
Preston Moorehead was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing six innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Moorehead was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
