Football Recap: Potterville Takes a Loss

Potterville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 41-13 loss at the hands of the Climax-Scotts Panthers.

Although Potterville took the loss, they still got scores from Nick Morales and Isaiah Woloszyn.

Most of the squad's points came courtesy of special teams, who contributed seven in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Morales, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Potterville's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Climax-Scotts, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Potterville has already played their next matchup, a 53-6 victory against Bellevue on the 12th. As for Climax-Scotts, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 44-41 win against Lenawee Christian on the 12th.
