Football Recap: Batesville Gets the Win

If Milan wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Batesville, they should've done a better job of containing Zadiin Small. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Indians by a score of 27-20 on Friday with plenty of help from Small, who rushed for 100 yards and three touchdowns. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making two total tackles and defending two passes.

Milan's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Wyatt Marsh, who rushed for 80 yards, and also threw for 82 yards and one TD.
