Basketball Game Preview: Tippecanoe Valley Vikings vs. Warsaw Tigers

The Tippecanoe Valley Vikings will face off against the Warsaw Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Saturday, Tippecanoe Valley took a blow against Fort Wayne Northrop, falling 59-28. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Warsaw's undefeated season came to an end after 18 games on Tuesday. They fell 67-55 to Homestead. The loss put an end to the Tigers' undefeated start to the season.

Tippecanoe Valley's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 8-9. As for Warsaw, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 18-1.

Tippecanoe Valley was taken down by Warsaw 72-36 in their previous meeting back in November of 2022. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Tippecanoe Valley was down 62-28.
