Soccer Recap: Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Comes Up Short

After flying high against Combine Academy National last Thursday, Rabun Gap-Nacoochee came back down to earth. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Christ School Greenies on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Christ School this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 last Tuesday.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee's defeat dropped their record down to 14-2. As for Christ School, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee has already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Carolina Day on the 9th. As for Christ School, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-0 win against Asheville School (Independent) on the 9th.
