Basketball Recap: Livingston Central Takes a Loss

Livingston Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Lyon County Lyons and fell 92-58. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 232nd, while the Lyons are ranked 61st).

Livingston Central's loss dropped their record down to 8-18. As for Lyon County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Livingston Central nor Lyon County have any future games scheduled.
