Volleyball Recap: Marist Makes It 27 in a Row at Home

Marist came tearing into Thursday's contest with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Saint Viator Lions by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the RedHawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Marist easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-19.

Marist pushed their record up to 16-1 with the victory, which was their 27th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Saint Viator, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
