Volleyball Recap: Santee Comes Up Short

Santee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Adams Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: West Adams scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-23, 23-25, 25-23.

Santee's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for West Adams, their victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 8-9.

As of now, neither Santee nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
