Baseball Recap: Bucksport Takes Down Ranked George Stevens Academy

Bucksport faced George Stevens Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Golden Bucks walked away with a 12-8 victory over the Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Bucks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Trent Goss was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Matt Curtis, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.
