Soccer Recap: Freedom Comes Up Short

Freedom managed to keep up with Liberty until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Freedom Falcons came up short against the Liberty Lions, falling 3-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Freedom's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8-4. As for Liberty, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1-5.

Freedom didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Pittsburg on the 4th. As for Liberty, they have also already played their next game, a 3-3 draw against California on the 1st.
