After flying high against Waurika last Thursday, Central came back down to earth. The Central Bronchos fell just short of Sentinel by a score of 56-53 on Friday. The Bronchos' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Sentinel, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 88-55 win against Chattanooga on the 14th. As for Sentinel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 68-60 victory against Big Pasture on the 14th.
