Baseball Recap: D'Iberville Comes Up Short

D'Iberville lost against St. Martin on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors fell 9-4 to the Yellow Jackets. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jaylen Johnson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and one run. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

D'Iberville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-17. As for St. Martin, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-12.

While D'Iberville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
