Basketball Recap: Saratoga Central Catholic Takes a Loss

If Saratoga Central Catholic was riding high fresh off their 53-24 takedown of Hoosic Valley last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Saratoga Central Catholic Saints fell just short of the Duanesburg Eagles by a score of 50-48 on Monday. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.

Saratoga Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 20-3. As for Duanesburg, they pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

As of now, neither Saratoga Central Catholic nor Duanesburg have any future games scheduled.
