Baseball Recap: Millry Falls Short of Autauga Academy in the Playoffs

Millry and Autauga Academy squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Millry had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Generals by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Generals this season, with their most recent defeat being a 8-4 loss on Friday.

Millry's defeat dropped their record down to 22-8. As for Autauga Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-17 record this season.

Millry does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Autauga Academy, they will square off against Brantley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
