Baseball Recap: Brighton Comes Up Short

Brighton lost against Rocky Mountain back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell 9-4 to the Lobos. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brighton saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Austin Sickler, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Brighton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Rocky Mountain, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Looking ahead, Brighton will challenge Mountain Range at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rocky Mountain, they will square off against Fort Collins at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
