Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Mary's Prep). They never let the Farmington Falcons get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what St. Mary's Prep needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

St. Mary's Prep's victory bumped their record up to 6-3-1. As for Farmington, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

St. Mary's Prep wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Cranbrook Kingswood on the 3rd. Hopefully Farmington paid attention to the Eaglets' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eaglets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
