Softball Recap: Trumbull Eagles vs. St. Joseph Cadets

It was a good run, but Trumbull unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the St. Joseph Cadets by a score of 3-1. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, Trumbull couldn't push the score so high this time.

For St. Joseph's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was MacKenzie Caouette, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Jill Guilfoyle, who went 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI.
