Softball Recap: Paw Paw Snags Tenth Win in Last 12 Games

While Paw Paw put up some runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Plainwell. The Red Wolves put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 10-0 victory. Considering the Red Wolves have won 11 games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Paw Paw has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-1-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Plainwell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-22.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paw Paw will square off against Niles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plainwell, they will face off against Vicksburg at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
