Basketball Game Preview: Bridgeport Bulls vs. Krum Bobcats

The Bridgeport Bulls will challenge the Krum Bobcats at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Both are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Krum is hoping to do what Lake Worth couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Bridgeport's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Bridgeport simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lake Worth 65-27. The Bulls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Anna Green was a one-woman wrecking crew for Bridgeport as she made all 6 shots she took for 17 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Green continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Presley Radke, who posted 11 points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Krum came into Friday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Lake Worth 49-26 on Friday. The Bobcats pushed the score to 37-15 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bullfrogs had little chance of recovering from.

Bridgeport has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Krum, their victory bumped their record up to 8-14.
