Baseball Recap: Southridge Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Braddock typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Southridge proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Bulldogs. The game was the first time the Spartans have beaten the Bulldogs on their field since February 8, 2016.

The win was the fourth in a row for Southridge, bringing their record up to 14-9. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 6 runs. As for Braddock, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 18-7-1.

As of now, neither Southridge nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
