Softball Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Fulton's tournament run continued when they took on Hart on Saturday. Fulton lost 14-4 to Hart. That's two games in a row now that Fulton has lost by exactly ten runs.

Fulton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kerrigan Ryan, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for Fulton and nudges their season record down to 10-20. Those defeats can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Hart, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9.

Coming up, Fulton will venture away from home to face off against Pewamo-Westphalia at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hart, they will square off against Mason County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
