After a string of three wins, Fort Meade's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the IMG Academy Silver Ascenders by a score of 4-3.

Fort Meade saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eli Harrell, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Zachary Brooks also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
