Baseball Recap: Ambassador Christian School Comes Up Short

The Ambassador Christian School Lions came up short against the Northwood Academy Chargers on Monday and fell 8-4. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jacson Taplin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Stone Cherry, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Ambassador Christian School's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Northwood Academy, their win bumped their record up to 6-9-1.

Ambassador Christian School has already played their next game (against Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Northwood Academy, they will face off against Dorchester Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
