Baseball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is North Miami's Eighth in Last Nine Outings

North Miami's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Culver Community Cavaliers. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Braylon McIntire made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted over his last five matches. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lake Musall, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high.

North Miami hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Culver Community struck out 12 times.

North Miami is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Culver Community, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

North Miami will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cavaliers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
