Volleyball Recap: Springbrook Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Springbrook unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Churchill Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Springbrook took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-14, 25-20.

The victory got Churchill back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Springbrook will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Richard Montgomery at 6:30 p.m. on October 13. As for Churchill, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Kennedy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
