There's no place like home for Howell North, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They blew past the Timberland T-Wolves 3-0 on Tuesday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the T-Wolves recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-18, 25-11.
Howell North had a senior duo take command as Alex Williams had nine digs and three aces and Brandon Puzniak had 14 assists and two aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Williams. Josh Windsor also deserves some recognition as he served his first aces of the season.
Howell North was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in March of 2024.
The victory got Howell North back to even at 4-4. As for Timberland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
