Basketball Recap: Cha Cho Womack Key Part of Team Effort in Lions Win + How To Watch

Harding University kept up with West Charlotte until halftime on Friday, but afterwards: not so much. The Lions blew past the Rams 77-57. The Lions have beaten the Rams the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Rams has come to flipping the script.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead West Charlotte to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cha Cho Womack, who went 7-for-15 en route to 27 points and five boards. Those five rebounds gave Womack a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaharri Coleman, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 12 boards.

West Charlotte's record now sits at 2-0. As for Harding University, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

West Charlotte wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 69-59 win against Walkertown on the 29th. As for Harding University, they will head out to square off against Huss at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
