Basketball Recap: Polk County Christian Takes a Loss

Polk County Christian lost against Trinity Christian Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Polk County Christian Knights took a 54-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Christian Academy Eagles. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trinity Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mason Wilder out in front who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 15 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Stauffer, who posted 20 points.

Polk County Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-11.

Polk County Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Trinity Christian Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th.
