Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Howard

Howard had won two straight games and Kaden Brown did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Howard Wildcats walked away with a 63-56 win over the Roswell Hornets thanks in part to Brown, who went 9 of 13 on his way to 21 points in addition to six assists and six boards. That's the most points he has posted since back in December of 2023.

The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Baysah, who went 6 of 10 on his way to 15 points. The match was his third in a row with at least ten points.

Howard's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Roswell, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Howard wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 79-73 win against Centennial on the 30th. As for Roswell, they will host Blessed Trinity at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
