Football Game Recap: East Webster vs. Eupora

Eupora might have drawn first blood against East Webster on Friday, but it was East Webster who got the last laugh. Eupora had victory within their grasp but couldn't quite capture it as the squad lost 6-7 to East Webster. Eupora were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as East Webster apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat from the last time the teams met up.

The loss dropped Eupora's record to 4-3. The win bumped East Webster's record up to 4-3.

Eupora will have some time to rest before their next match, which is against Leflore County at LEFLORE COUNTY HS in two weeks at 7:00 PM. As for East Webster, they will face off against Calhoun City. Those two teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous games.
