Walsh Jesuit won the last time they faced St. Vincent-St. Mary and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Warriors came out on top in a nail-biter against the Fighting Irish, sneaking past 4-2.

Josh Pierson looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

On the hitting side, Matthew Mansbery was incredible, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Brubaker, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

The victory got Walsh Jesuit back to even at 2-2. As for St. Vincent-St. Mary, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
