Cascade Christian had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the five-goal drubbing they dealt Klahowya on Thursday. The Cougars never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. The result was nothing new for Cascade Christian, who have now won four games by four goals or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Cascade Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. As for Klahowya, they moved to 4-3-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cascade Christian will square off against rival Seattle Christian at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Klahowya is set to challenge their familiar foe Annie Wright at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
