Softball Recap: Sutter Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Sutter waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the El Camino Eagles as they made off with a 14-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 20-0 back in March.

Sutter got a massive performance out of Malaina Wilder, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. That's the most RBI Wilder has posted since back in March. Isabelle Cuellar was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Sutter was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .615. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .321 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Sutter's record now sits at 17-8-1. As for El Camino, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Sutter nor El Camino have any future games scheduled.
