Volleyball Recap: Overhills Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Overhills lost against Holly Springs last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars lost 3-0 to the Golden Hawks. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-10.

Overhills' offense was headlined by Ally Williams and Nikirra Williams, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Sophia Singh and her nine assists. Arieona Ferguson controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Overhills' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Holly Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Overhills is taking a road trip to challenge Hoke County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holly Springs, they will welcome Wake Forest at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
