Las Vegas strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took their match with ease, bagging a 59-28 win over the Somerset Academy Losee Lions. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading Las Vegas to victory were Tanner Vibabul and Rasheed Coleman. Vibabul rushed for 84 yards and one TD, while Coleman rushed for 89 yards and one score on only nine carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Las Vegas was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 314 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.

Somerset Academy Losee's loss came despite strong showings from Carl 'CJ' Sparks and Kieran Daniel. Sparks rushed for 158 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries, while Daniel gained 177 total yards and a touchdown. Daniel also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending one pass.

Las Vegas' victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Somerset Academy Losee, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Las Vegas will host Green Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 878 yards in their previous games. As for Somerset Academy Losee, they are taking a road trip to take on Palo Verde at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Lions their first taste of in-conference action this season.
