Volleyball Recap: Meade's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Meade can bid farewell to their three-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Norwich Eagles.

Meade easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15.

Jaylee Eckhoff paced Meade's offense, picking up eight kills. Eckhoff got some help from Sayler Stapleton and her 16 assists. Stapleton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Meade now has a winning record of 17-16. As for Norwich, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-17 record this season.

Meade wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Elkhart on the 21st. As for Norwich, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Skyline on the 21st.
