Baseball Recap: Boca Raton Takes a Loss

Boca Raton lost against Dr. Joaquin Garcia back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Boca Raton Bobcats fell just short of the Dr. Joaquin Garcia Bulldogs by a score of 10-9. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aidan Donnelly made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024. Mylo Pereira also deserves some recognition as he launched his first home run of the season.

Boca Raton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Boca Raton will venture away from home to take on Park Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, they will head out to face off against Martin County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
