Basketball Recap: East Beauregard Has No Trouble Against Oberlin

While East Beauregard didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took down the Oberlin Tigers 69-54 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

East Beauregard's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Oberlin, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Beauregard will take on Hathaway at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oberlin, they will venture away from home to challenge Bell City at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
