Baseball Recap: Lakeridge Takes a Loss

Lakeridge extended their losing streak to six on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 7-14 in the process. They fell 8-3 to the Lake Oswego Lakers. If the Pacers were looking for revenge after losing 12-2 to the Lakers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Lake Oswego, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-12. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games.

For Lake Oswego's part, the team relied heavily on Enzo Tosoni, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run. Those two RBI gave Tosoni a new career-high.

While Lakeridge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
