Basketball Game Preview: Westerville Central Warhawks vs. Pickerington North Panthers

On Tuesday, Westerville Central was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-48 to Olentangy. The defeat continues a trend for the Warhawks in their matchups with the Braves: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Pickerington North challenged Thomas Worthington on Tuesday. Pickerington North put the hurt on Thomas Worthington with a sharp 63-43 victory.

Westerville Central's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7. As for Pickerington North, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.

Westerville Central didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Pickerington North when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 53-47 victory.
