Round Rock came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Grapevine Mustangs.

Among those leading the charge was Aubrey Goode, who had eight assists and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Round Rock's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Grapevine, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-4 record.

Coincidentally, Round Rock and Grapevine will both be playing Colleyville Heritage the next time they take the court. The Dragons will head out to face the Panthers at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
