Soccer Game Preview: Spring vs. Vidor

The Spring Lions are taking a road trip to challenge the Vidor Pirates at 10:55 a.m. on Thursday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Spring faced off against Klein Oak on Friday. The Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Spring have lost by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Vidor and Hargrave finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw on Tuesday. There's a chance things could've gone differently had Vidor not been charged with a red card from Paolo Funez.

Maikel Justiz-Suarez and Daykel Justiz-Suarez scored both of Vidor's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Vidor's draw makes their record 1-3-2 this season. As for Spring, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1.
