Basketball Game Preview: Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Canton Academy Panthers

The Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders will venture away from home to take on the Canton Academy Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Park Place Christian Academy is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Pisgah just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a hard 61-42 fall against the Dragons.

Canton Academy kicked off their season on the road last Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. The contest between the Panthers and Central Hinds Academy didn't end well, with the Panthers falling 49-32.

The loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 7-2. As for Canton Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Park Place Christian Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Canton Academy in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 51-46 victory.
