Basketball Recap: Allendale-Fairfax Comes Up Short

Allendale-Fairfax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were dealt a 51-18 loss at the hands of the Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 243rd, while the Red Raiders are ranked 76th).

Allendale-Fairfax's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Bamberg-Ehrhardt, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 21-2.

Allendale-Fairfax has already played their next game (against Ridgeland Secondary Academy Of Excellence), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bamberg-Ehrhardt, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 67-36 loss against Denmark-Olar on the 11th.
