Preview: Antelope vs. Red Rock
Red Rock have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will square off against Antelope at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.
Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Red Rock, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They captured a comfortable 49-32 victory over Valley Lutheran. The win was some much needed relief for Red Rock as it spelled the end of their three-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, Antelope were averaging 40.44 points per game entering their contest last Friday, but they just couldn't find their rhythm against North Pointe Prep. Antelope ended up on the wrong side of a painful 0-30 walloping at North Pointe Prep's hands. Antelope's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Red Rock's win lifted them to 3-6 while Antelope's defeat dropped them down to 7-3. We'll see if Red Rock's success rolls on or if Antelope are able to steal their positive momentum.
