Prescott lost against Altoona last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cardinals came up short against the Railroaders, falling 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

While Prescott was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-22.

Prescott dropped their record down to 3-24 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road. As for Altoona, their win bumped their record up to 15-20.

Looking ahead, Prescott will venture away from home to take on Durand-Arkansaw at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Altoona, they will welcome Ellsworth at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
