Soccer Game Preview: Peshtigo vs. Algoma

The Peshtigo Bulldogs will head out on the road to challenge the Algoma Wolves at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Thursday, Peshtigo and Sturgeon Bay finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in August, Algoma was forced to settle for a draw on Friday. They played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Howards Grove.

With that draw, Peshtigo's record moves to 3-5-2. Meanwhile, Algoma's record is now 5-2-2.

Peshtigo couldn't quite get it done against Algoma in their previous matchup on September 4th as they fell 3-1. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
