Softball Recap: West Middlesex Big Reds vs. Wilmington Greyhounds
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mercer, West Middlesex was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wilmington Greyhounds and snuck past 3-2. For West Middlesex, this counts as revenge for the 4-0 loss Wilmington walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2023.
For Wilmington's part, Mya Jewell was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
