Baseball Recap: Erath Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game, Erath was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the North Vermilion Patriots by a score of 8-3. This was a revenge game for the Bobcats: when they faced off against the Patriots on Saturday, they had to take a 7-1 loss.

Seth Leger was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Dominic Frederick, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Erath was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. The last time their batting average was this high was back in March of 2024.

Erath now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for North Vermilion, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-2.
